Trainer Lisa Smith-Batchen on her 80-year-old client who is running ultramarathons and breaking records.

Bob Becker began running and training for ultramarathons in his late 50s. Most recently, he completed the “world’s toughest race” -- a 135-mile challenge through southwestern California in the dead of summer. At over 100 degrees, it took Becker 45 hours to finish, and he became the oldest person ever to do it. "Once I was committed to doing this race, I never had a moment when I didn't think I was going to finish it. I just had every expectation and a real focus on getting it done,” Becker said.
