Happy weekend! From new CDC reports to the growing trend of unplugging, we’ve got a lot of ground to cover. But first ... there's a lot happening with our moon over the next few days.

Look up tonight for a rare planetary parade in the sky and see six planets lined up — four visible to the naked eye.

As we head into March, the excitement in the night sky continues with a full moon — known as the Worm Moon — and a total lunar eclipse. Why is it called the “Worm Moon”? Because earthworms begin to emerge as the ground thaws, according to the Old Farmer's Almanac – an early sign of spring!

Meanwhile, we can expect a total lunar eclipse to take place in the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 3. During the eclipse, the moon will appear reddish in color — also known as a “blood moon.”

🗣️ Your Conversation Starters:

🩺 “America’s Doctor”: How some refer to the position of Surgeon General. This week, Dr. Casey Means, a Stanford-educated physician and best-selling author, testified before the Senate on her nomination for the position. Critics argue she is unfit for the role, in part because she doesn’t hold an active medical license. Read more about that controversy here. And to hear from Dr. Means herself, we think this episode of Huberman Lab is worth a listen:

Trying to put the phone down more? We rounded up some instant cameras that help capture the moment — offline.

“It’s not a gold medal around my neck. It’s a story.”

U.S. speed skater Sarah Warren on getting the Olympic rings forever inked on her skin. Her Olympic dream once seemed far out of reach after she suffered multiple injuries and underwent several surgeries. However, she made it to the Olympic trials — and ultimately earned a spot on the team.

While she finished 28th out of 29 skaters, the journey — and simply competing at the Games — was enough. “It doesn’t matter. You’re an Olympian,” her coach told her after she finished.
